Key features: 1. Narrow front for engine support 2. Wide body for passenger and load support. 3. Curved wheel sections for better load distribution to wheels. 4. Strategically placed support bars to reinforce key areas. 5. Thick bumpers to protect the vehicle on collision. There are 4 characteristics that could be customized in our owner chassis: Chassis length, chassis width, frame thickness and assembly method. 1. Chassis length is from 127 up to 193 inches (10.6 to 16.1 feet). If you need it longer, we give jeepney models which has a similar design to the owner but it is a lot longer. |
2. Chassis width in the front wheels and back wheels. Standard is 26 inches in front and 31.5 inches at the back. However, we can customize it to your liking.
3. Frame thickness can be either 3.2mm (ordinary) or 6mm (cargo) thick carbon steel. Ordinary types are for owners used for casual transport, while cargo type is fit to handle heavy loads demanded by trading businesses.
4. Assembly method can be either welded or riveted. Welded method can handle heavy loads, but if you plan to use your load your vehicle beyond limits, please get riveted. Riveted does not sacrifice the texture of the metal by having it machine screwed, unlike welding, which makes it able to withstand greater punishment.

Note that if you want a straight cut chassis, please purchase the elf TLD model that is nearest to your specifications. 1. Chassis length is from 197 up to 296 inches (16.4 to 24.7 feet). This is basically the longer version of the owner chassis. |

Key features: Built for cross province freights. - All weak parts are, especially those near the wheels, are reinforced with support bars. - Box metal frame for guaranteed durability. - Riveted, no welding. To retain the quality of metal. - 6 inch frame width, standard for light trucks. There are 4 characteristics that could be customized in our owner chassis: Chassis length, chassis width and design. 1. Chassis length is from 180 up to 288 inches (15 to 24 feet). This is basically the longer version of the owner chassis. |
2. Chassis width in the front wheels and back wheels. Standard is 81 inches. However, we can customize it to your liking.
3. Design may be either of these three: TLD, NKR and NPR. These designs are standardized by Isuzu, the leading manufacturer of trucks here in the Philippines. TLD design has its front wheels supported by an arc in the chassis, it is wider on the front for the engine and passenger area. NKR design has its front tilted a bit downward, it has a wider middle for the passenger area. NPR design has its front frame smaller than the back, it was a wider front for the engine; and wider middle, but less wide compared to the front, for the passenger area.
4. Utility upgrade is adding the engine hangar, spare tire hook socket and assembly holes to the chassis. We modeled these from imports coming from Japan and adapted it to our model. This makes constructing the vehicle much easier. See images below:

There are 4 characteristics that could be customized in our owner chassis: Chassis length, chassis width and frame width.
1. Chassis length is from 288 up to 420 inches (24 to 45 feet). If you need it longer, we give forward models which has a nearly similar design to the elf but it is a lot longer. 2. Chassis width in the front wheels and back wheels. Standard is 105 inches (8.75 feet). However, we can customize it to your liking. 3. Frame width can be either 8 or 9 inches, 9 inches is can bear higher loads. |
