CHASSIS topThe chassis is the structural framework that forms the foundation of every vehicle. It supports the engine, tires, and other essential components, ensuring stability, durability, and optimal performance.
Our company has a long-standing history in chassis manufacturing, particularly during the late 1990s when San Pablo City was recognized as a prominent center for Filipino-made vehicles, notably jeepneys. During this period, our production facility operated around the clock, manufacturing no fewer than 1,000 chassis units per month to meet the high demand. Although the influx of surplus vehicles from Southeast Asia has impacted local production, our chassis continue to serve vehicles across the Philippines, including remote areas such as Batanes. Each of our units is distinctly marked with an identification number starting with "MAR", ensuring authenticity and traceability. |

The Elf is the most common pickup truck in the Philippines, widely used for transporting goods. Typically, a metal container is fitted on its back to secure and protect cargo. To distinguish the Elf from its larger counterpart, the Forward, the key difference lies in its length — with 95% of Elf trucks measuring between 15 to 26 feet.

FORWARD product description topThe Forward truck is the larger counterpart of the Elf, designed to handle heavier and bulkier cargo. Unlike the Elf, most Forward trucks do not have a fixed roof over their cargo area. Instead, cargo is typically covered with thick sheets and secured with ropes for weather protection. Some Forward trucks are also equipped with cranes behind the driver’s cabin to facilitate easier loading and unloading of heavy materials.
Sheehan Inc. offers durable chassis specifically designed for Forward trucks, with sizes ranging from 24 feet to 35 feet. We provide a variety of options (5+ models) to suit your vehicle’s specifications. Prices range from ₱90,000 to ₱150,000, depending on the size and quality of the chassis. Sheehan Inc. also manufactures chassis for the following utility vehicles (clockwise, starting from upper-left): Ford Fierra, Mistubishi L300, Tamaraw FX, XLT, Isuzu KB and AUV. These utility vehicles could be either a passenger (like FX below), pick-up (like KB below) or hybrid (like L300 below). The chassis of these vehicles are standard, you just need to give us the model of the vehicle and we can deliver the chassis to you. Additionally, the company could also customize its design to fit those utility vehicles not found on the list, but you need to send the vehicle here to make sure that the chassis would fit.
