Roof GutterGutters prevent water ingress into the fabric of the building by channel-ling the rainwater away from the exterior of the walls and their foundations. Water running down the walls causes dampness in the affected rooms and provides a favorable environment for growth of mold, and wet rot in timber. Gutter is a roof integral trough along the lower edge of the roof slope which is fashioned from the roof covering and flashing materials; Is a Discrete trough of metal, or other material that is suspended beyond the roof edge and below the projected slope of the roof. We have two standard types of gutter, box and Spanish. Box gutters look better with Long Span (Rib) and Corrugated. Spanish gutters look better with Multi Rib and Tile Span.

Roof Fascia CoverFascia is an architectural term for a vertical frieze or band under a roof edge, or which forms the outer surface of a cornice, visible to an observer. The horizontal "fascia board" which caps the end of rafters outside a building may be used to hold the rain gutter. The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the ceiling panel (AKA soffit or eave). The fascia cover is the metal used to cover this portion of the roof.

A structure to fill the space between the ceiling and the top of cabinets mounted on the wall is also called a soffit, as is the material connecting an exterior wall to the edge of the roof under the eaves. It has accessories used to attach the panels on the edges of the ceiling, or used to attach short panels to each other.
